Neighborhood Partnerships is pleased to offer conference attendees a special group rate at the Grand Hotel in Salem, connected to the Convention Center.

Participants can reserve a deluxe double queen or deluxe king for $159 per night. This rate is available from October 15 - 20 and does not include state and local taxes and fees, currently 12.54%.

Please make your reservation directly with the Convention Center by calling 877-540-7800. Identify yourself as a RE:Conference attendee to secure the special rate.

Reservations must be made by Friday, September 16. Requests received after this date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.

Attendees are not required to stay at the Convention Center, and may book lodging wherever they prefer.

A limited amount of scholarship funds are available to support participation in this year’s RE:Conference. If you would like to be considered, please fill out the application. Scholarship applications must be completed by September 30, 2022. Scholarship decisions will be made on a rolling basis and will prioritize access for members of Residents Organizing for Change (ROC), affordable housing residents, and IDA Savers.

The Salem Convention Center offers ample free parking to conference attendees in their underground garage. The garage entrance is accessible via Liberty Street.

The Salem Convention Center allows individuals to use space in their administrative office for lactation and pumping. Please connect with event staff onsite or contact us if you need a private space.

All restrooms in the RE:Conference space are gender neutral.

The Salem Convention Center is accessible to persons with disabilities and persons who are wheelchair users. Assistive listening devices (ALD) are available upon advance request. For individuals requiring an ALD or other accommodations, please contact us as early as possible prior to the conference to help us to ensure availability. We will make every attempt to meet your needs, but will be more likely to be able to do so if we have time to plan in advance. We encourage you to visit the Salem Convention website to review parking and building information.

There are no group discounts for this event.

Tickets are easily transferred through Eventbrite, our ticketing software. Please follow the instructions here to transfer your tickets to someone else.

Contact us if you have any trouble transferring your ticket.

Neighborhood Partnerships will offer a full refund on registration tickets for cancellation until August 5, 2022. From August 6 to September 17, we will offer a 50% refund. Beginning September 18th, we are unable to provide any refunds on registration tickets. In the event of conference cancellation, you will receive a full refund of your purchase.

Read this carefully: Upon registration check-out, you will receive a request from FanShield to insure your tickets. Please note that this is an optional service by a third-party agency and is not affiliated with Neighborhood Partnerships. We also ask that you read Neighborhood Partnerships' refund policy above. You will already receive a refund for your ticket if the event cancels, thus you do not need to purchase insurance if this is your concern.
