About the Conference

Oregon's gathering for housing & economic justice

Presenter leading a workshop session at RE:Conference 2024, with whiteboard and large windows behind her

RE:Conference is presented by Neighborhood Partnerships, a Portland-based nonprofit working at the intersection of housing stability and economic opportunity. Each year, the conference brings together nonprofit leaders, government partners, financial institutions, housing advocates, and community members for two days of shared learning and relationship-building.

The 2026 conference theme is RE:Focusing Community. Sponsors partner with a room full of people working on the hardest problems in housing and economic justice.

We practice community-centric fundraising principles. That means all sponsors receive equal base recognition regardless of investment amount.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Invest at the level that's right for you

We offer unrestricted sponsorship investments at multiple levels, plus three targeted opportunities tied to specific conference programs. All sponsors receive equal base recognition. We don't reward bigger investments with better placement or larger logos.

Every sponsor receives, regardless of investment amount:

  • Name & logo on the RE:Conference website
  • Name & logo on physical signage at the event
  • Name & logo in the on-screen projector loop
  • Acknowledgment in at least one email to our general list (6,195 subscribers)
  • Acknowledgment in communications to registered attendees before the event
  • Considered for a tabling opportunity based on mission alignment (~5 available)

A note on social media: We're not promising social media recognition. Our reach there is too limited to offer it as a meaningful benefit, and we'd rather be honest than overstate what we deliver.

Custom Custom Partnership

For organizations wanting something beyond our standard tiers, we set aside the package and start a conversation. Investments typically begin above $5,000. What's meaningful to you? What's the right integration?

Targeted Opportunities

Sponsor something specific

These three opportunities let you direct your investment toward a specific program or experience. They can be added on top of any unrestricted tier or stand alone.

We limit targeted opportunities intentionally. Fewer dedicated items means more meaningful recognition and simpler logistics for everyone.

$10,000 RE:Showcase

The RE:Showcase highlights Oregon IDA savers participating in the Individual Development Account program and the work that NP and its partners do across the state. Your investment funds stipends for participating savers, swag and raffle items from IDA businesses, and entertainment — and the marketplace carries your name.

Recognition includes: Named: "[Sponsor] RE:Showcase" + acknowledgment at conference kick-off
$5,000 ROC Member Scholarships

Resident Organzing for Change members are exactly the people this conference is for but travel and lodging costs put it out of reach. This sponsorship covers those costs directly, making participation possible.

A note on recognition: This opportunity carries no formal sponsor acknowledgment. It's about making the conference accessible. We'll tell sponsors what their investment made possible.
$3,000 Attendee Swag Bag Sponsor

Every attendee leaves with something tangible. The swag bag sponsor can include branded materials or items of their choosing, and the bag itself carries sponsor recognition. It goes home with 250 people.

Recognition includes: Logo on the bag + opportunity to include sponsor item(s) of your choice

The Audience You'll Reach
